The Virtual Hackathon is a 100% digital event hosted by UVA Wise and the ACCORD project that will have students compete to identify solutions to the question, "How can the town of Wise become more of a 'college town?'"
WHO
Student teams must be no larger than four. Each member must attend school at UVA Wise, Mountain Empire Community College, or a high school within the counties of Wise, Lee, or Dickenson or the City of Norton.
WHEN
Student teams will work virtually for ONE week. At the end of this period, teams will submit a video presentation of their solutions. Prizes will be awarded to the winners!
